			I am exhausted. I was planing to do a lot today, but did very little. I am back to writing diary as coping strategy, otherwise it would be way to expensive to spend the remaining energy. There has been a gap in my diary. Main reason a trip to Lithuania. Every year I went to see my mum. She had a hard life and most of the time we had were to busy to spend enough time together. I was promising that I will make it up to her. She died during my first trip when I came to visit her early with the plan to do it twice a year. I no longer need to visit her, but now I need to go to Lithuania trying to get some justice for her.

			I been saving every minute of my time trying to do this trip as well as I can. Still many things are going wrong, and there is significant lack of my capacity function that I can not overcome. These are good stories and lessens and I hope to write them one day, but there is one very big one, that I faced again yesterday. I put a lot of effort to overcome it and yet I just learned that it took charge again with significant cost:[[PTSD symptoms#Controlled by fear]].

	Yesterday while making a simple meal for myself I decided to play video on youtube. It was a bit more than 2 hours, so I thought I will complete in few times. There were annoying long add, but as I was in kitchen I could not skip them. To my surprise the video finished before I completed preparing a meal.
