Sharing the experience

The idea to create this site came when I was not able to find someones similar experience. Now, I have another reasons: for very long time the hope that I will present the truth in the court kept me sane and from collapsing under the weight of all unfairness I faced. I no longer believe that this will happen. So, now I am trying to maintain another hope, that I will be able to tell the truth on my site and through other media. It will not allow me to get justice or seek compensation, but it will help me to keep my sanity and cope with the overwhelming thought that I woke up with every time - I do not want to live anymore.

Search engines

The results are strongly dominated by paid advertisement. My site may not even appear on some search engines no matter how far I go, despite the site being properly indexed by search engine.

Test

I did this experiment several times and the last time I repeated it on 2025-01-09. In a past I did test with many different keywords. This time I check only "road traffic injury".

Google

Because Google search dominates market I went to the last page there. It is also the only site where I properly supplied site map to index my web site. Based on Google console data for the last 12 months roadtrafficinjury.net has 13.9% click rate from search results. That is very high. That means when people find it they want to read it. However, it appears only at very specific searches and average position is 26.4. I get my site displayed on the first page when I use specific searches for example "road traffic injury legal fees" for DuckDuckGo. However, my site remains hidden with the same search on Google.

Now I am no longer surprised that I was not able to find other people stories. Google will not show it even if they are online. So, please I need your help.

Forums

Some forums that provide safe and monitored environment to talk about mental health challenges like https://saneforums.org/ require full anonymity. So, you can not even name the companies to avoid. It left me with the feeling that I can not get justice even in this small form.

Other forums like https://www.reddit.com/r/AusLegal/new/ have ranking system that can be easily abused by industry representatives you are asking help dealing with. I am under impression that there were few insurance representatives (or maybe even just one with accounts), that start voting down your comments as soon as they see you mentioning wrong doing by insurance. It is hard to investigate or to prove, but that is my experience. My comments been voted down even if I received thanks from original posters for providing constructive advice. Of course the same comments include lawyers and some government organisations. So, there might me more players at hand. I will try to figure it out.

So far I found I have not found forums where I could share my experience or even links to roadtrafficinjury.net.
