Analysis of 2021-04-29 reply submissions

This document provide a list incorrect statements in submissions in reply to application for panel review for medical assessment. The list of errors in application is provided in separated document "2021-04-26 appealComments.pdf"

1. Item 12. "... Further, it is not uncommon for there to be slight inconsistencies in histories provided by a claimant give the passage of time. ..." However, there were inconsistencies, but reply submission give impression that there are.

The only inconsistencies are in Mr Ceballos statements as he takes parts of history statements and presents them as conflicting.
