Suggestions that did not work
Since my trauma I have collected a long list of the tips that sometimes help. However, there is even longer list of the suggestions that did not work. I wasted a lot of time trying these things. Well maybe you can benefit from avoiding these mistakes. It does not mean that all these advices will not work for you, but I strongly recommend taking them with healthy portion of scepticism.
The suggestions are not in any particular order as I started writing about them after 10 years delay.
- Eye palming to restore mental energy and reduce stress
- I tried for several days, no benefits. So, I tried to look for the research confirming its benefits. Can not find any.
- Cooling palms before going to sleep to reset nerve system
- I tried it earlier for few days. For first few I had only slightly worse sleep, waking up more. It ended up when one day wake up with flu symptoms that persisted for few weeks. I looked for research, but again found nothing that would confirm it.
